Hey guys, here's a hand from Full Tilt's mega stack last night, but just a general spot I'm unsure about... can we flat here with 4 people still to act behind? CO and BB are good solid regs, and BTN is new to the table. With 37bb ourself it doesn't seem too terrible to flat and fold to a big stack's jam, but we probs have to call off the 46k stack getting more that 2:1?
Cheers in advance

Fold (there are too many people behind you). I would flat(/fold on a BB raise) sometimes on SB and flat on BB (no one behind and you have a discount). Nevertheless, a flat here may look strong and maybe people would fold a few better hands. But I prefer the fold.
I would be curious to see your math. This can be a call.
I just did the math and yes this can be a call according to chip EV.
It isnt a big gain either way though...the call all comes down to how strong of an edge you feel you have on the remaining field.
Bottom of offsuit Ax I'd call is ATo.
