Call vs shove deep in $13.50 KO Turbo

BB: 234020
UTG: 580883 (Hero)
HJ: 90322
CO: 91318
BN: 68214
SB: 189612
Preflop (18000) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 9
Hero raises to 24000, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, SB folds, BB raises to 232820, and is all in, Hero calls 208820
Flop (483640) K 5 Q (2 Players)
Turn (483640) K 5 Q 5 (2 Players)
River (483640) K 5 Q 5 8 (2 Players)
Final Pot
BB has A K Hero has A 9 BB wins 478840
I had previously opened 3 hands in a row and reshoved J3o on BTN to someone who put in their last half a BB in MP so it's clear i'm active.

The annoying part is i would of expected him to 3b induce but didn't discount him having big hands in his range.

There's ~20 left and i'm a clear chip leader. Losing this pot means i'm still comfortable and 2nd in chips with many <10bb stacks around.

I don't think i can fold but what are others doing? Stack preservation or go for the win?

First chipEV calculation:
As no information about villain, i used very optimistic range might be wrong if you thing his wider
http://www.pokericmcalculator.com/icmizer/#tNDZ
It's give me -10613 chipEV result (dunno why link is saved for +%ev, but u can change it and recalculate)

Second, i am folding that most of times regardless of chipEV calculations. I doubt that we would get even coin flip most of times. Put urself in his chair and think what you would reshove/resteal into huge stack guy pfr UTG. Dunno what avrgs. stack was at tourney. But giving only your table it's looks he had pretty ok stack.
And villians don't 3bet for induce at 14$ turbos
Two usual ways of villians thinking at micros in my opinion:
1) "i don't want flop and i am scared of being bad beated. I want win right now and i just want to take that pot" ( typical micros fish)
2) "I am pretty sure he is microlimit idiot and would call worse 99% of times, so i get max value from this donk just going AI. And to tell the true i am a little afraid of playing flop if he just flat 3bet." (bad micros reg)

I would add that turbo reduce inducing even further as regulars used to shoving/open shoving etc etc etc.

Thank you.

Instantly regretted calling. Not because he had me crushed at the time, but he pretty much always has me crushed.

Yeah and remember that he had bubble effect pushing at your stack, you should always take that in account, except calling shorts. Even if he isn't aware of ICM it's natural to feel danger of shoving in chip leader face on FT bubble. Thats why it's so easy to play large stacks at bubble spots, but it doesn't mean accepting any marginal spots IMO

Agree with everything ivanb said plus some range modification:

* I'm never calling anybody I don't have a 101% sure read on with lower than AQo, 99+ for 20 bigs, It doesn't matter if you have A9o A9s J3o or 72o you will still fold, calling with A9o in that spot is a heavenly gift to someone who notices you are active.

*Now, If you find someone(like me perhaps :p) who plays 32/31/11 then with perfect ranging you might call but the above calling lines don't change much, maybe get lowered to AJo and 88+ and that is a 4% increase for 10% more aggressiveness in the villain.

*You can see for yourself that you make too much money by opening any 2 and getting Blinds&Antes which means that squeezing tiny +cEV edges won't make much difference even in the long run because we are talking borderlines at the moment.

I hope I helped.

Cheers.
