4 Places pay out. Opponent is pretty reasonable. In a cash game I think this is a call because there aren't many scary turns and hands that are ahead are stacking us anyway. However on the bubble in omaha where equities run closer would it make sense to shove now to maximize fold equity?

What does 'pretty reasonable' mean?  If you're fairly concerned about ICM, and facing a tight opening range from villain, this can be an easy fold pre.

As played, I think this is a pretty clear call.  Calling allows you to both pot control (in case you're behind or up against a monster draw) and disguise your hand (in case he's at the bottom-middle part of his range).   You're blocking nf outs as well as one straight out, and, in a vacuum, it's unlikely he barrels one of those turns unless it gives him the goods.  It also allows you one more opportunity to preserve your tournament life given that the bubble is close to bursting.
