Borgata 2700 Main

I recently played in the championship in Atlantic City, my first live buy in of this size. Stack size at this time was 18 BB and villain I had played Day 1 and Day 2 with. 90 left/63 cash.  Villain is an older lady ~ 60 years old, who was very fit or fold and never went into big pots. She would mostly limp most playable hands (PP, strong aces) and raise only the premiums.

In this hand we are playing 8 handed and she opens UTG1, I am CO with TT.

I am wondering if this hand is too strong to ever fold against a single raise? Or are we always getting this in.

I assume her range is 88+, AQ+.
