Hey, this Sunday is going to be the biggest tournament day i've ever played and need some advice on how to prepare.  I will be playing 6-7 mtts with buyins from $50-$200.  It really is a make or break day for me.  

What is the best way to prepare before big tournaments?  I was thinking exercise, mediation, and reviewing some notes before these MTTS.
