Bad shove? Bad call? Standard???

We are 14 left in a $11 turbo and i find myself sitting in the BB with AJo and 20bbs (blinds are 6k/12k and i have 240k). Player who opens from the CO just moved to my table so i know nothing about him. He has a stack of 400k and opens for 3x, i jam and he snap calls with 66.
I think i was 8/14 and he was 3/14. So here are my questions:
What do you think about my shove? what about his call? is it standard? can i just call pre and then check/fold or check/shove flop?
fwiw i think his call is pretty awful but not really sure about my shove since there were a few guys with like 8 to 12 BBs.which still puts me in an ok spot if i just call pre and check/fold flop.
What do you guys think???

Shoving AJo there is completely standard. I think calling with 66 would be read independent, but without any reads I'd probably fold, though I'm not sure that's correct. You can go on ICMizer and run the spot and see what it says.
