flat in the btn a reg that was opening 30% and 4betting alot. in the previous hand i just reshoved A8 into this reg AK and sucked out on him . the bb was a fishy player with some bizarres moves but was adjusting to the dynamics of the table ( 3betting light in some obvious spots , but was more of a station) .
with my loose image , i think the bb could be doing a move with his c/r on the flop, so i just flat with the intention of raising his lead on a blank turn. ill guess he has a lot of suited Ax, and also could have some Axo in his flatting range on the bb.
what makes me feel strange about this hand , is the fact that ill guess he dont bet a set on the turn and i dont know if he shoves an ace high flush in a paired board on the river...
please someone any comments ?

Yeah, but he also doesn't shove a Q high flush on the river and we have the J and the T is out... eliminates a whole slew of hands.

I think it's annoying but we can feel completely ok about folding.

Did you consider a CIB on the flop?

i think he never turn a worst made hand into a bluff, so i just eliminate all the other flushes besides the nut one. i could even fold the turn but i guess when he is flatted on the turn he always shut down the river with his bluffs. the problem of under-rep a hand is that you will have to adjust cause people will value bet lighter and bluff with more frequency .
about cib on the flop, i think its ok but i had a feeling at the time that the guy was not folding any ace high flush draw so better just shove his lead in a blank turn and protect my equity than get 40bbs in with a possible nut draw or even the already made ace flush. the downside, is that i loose value from all the worst flushes that shut down in a spade turn or river.

Curious how many people like a flop re-raise vs. waiting for a blank turn. Flush over flush isn't too likely but he fast plays 100% of the time when he's got it. Not sure if bluffs continue to barrel at us if we call the flop raise - obv. villain dependent. Doesn't sound like the fish in the BB fits into the post-flop LAGgy bluffer mold.

thanks for the comment tom.
i think looks fishy this " waiting for a blank turn", bur that was the plan in a blank turn . i flatted his c/r only for deception. but it got tricky in that turn spade card . but overall ill guess its an easy fold on the river...

I'd prefer a 3bet on teh flop, cuz he'll get it in with all his worse flushes and his NFDs whereas he might find a fold on the turn with the latter if u raise a on a blank and fold the first (made flushes) if another spade comes. Also you can discount some made NFs as he'll slowplay them some of the time.
Well played as for the rest of the hand.
