villain and I are both top 10 in chips w/ about 85-100 ppl left. his stats are 35/17/6 3bet over 50 hands
are you looking to play for stacks on the flop? or be a little cautious? Idk if its time to gamble for our stack yet being another 60 elims to the money, etc..

with such a small 3bet % I might just c/c flop see what happens turn. ie KsKd type hand never folding and you are not doing amazing against these type hands.
i would c/shove (or raise big). Even against KK we have 40%. This flop is the nuts i think
I would go c/c if he bets, c/f if he shoves. I think it's too many chips do put on gamble like this. Although I must admit I get a little confused in this kind of situation
Is BTN playing decently well? If he is then he might realize that since you're both big stacks that there isn't a huge reason to put a lot of pressure on you. This reduces his range to mainly value raises. Against JJ+, AQ+ you are a slight favourite. Take out AQ and you're a slight dog. We're ahead of every pair that doesn't contain an ace and even if he's doing this with only KxKs and AA, we're still just about 40%. We need 43% to get stacks in OTF (if someone can double-check this or elaborate, that would be cool), leading puts us in a bad spot as we'll probably end up having to put our stack in and we're not folding any better hands here, so I think we're in x/c mode, unfortunately folding if he shoves.
I love a check raise in these spots. We have so many goods cards to catch on the turn to continue. We need to have these types of in our check raise range as well as sets or we become predictable. As long as we don't fold it will be plus ev whatever we do.
I think these are the situations that seperate the great tournament players to the average. When you see this flop you should be rubbing your hands thinking how do I get the money in.
This hands goes a couple of ways. You check call all three streets you don't hit you fold and you lose half your stack.
You check call the flop hit the flush on the turn and don't get paid off cos the guy pot controls.
Or you look to play for stacks you fold out hes marginal and if he calls and shows qq+ you hit your flush and guarantee a deep run possibly a win.
I honestly think this is a great hand to show what makes the big tourney winners
Are we deep enough to just x/r flop with the intention of GII or barreling all turns rivers as we would do with all of our value range?
I.e. We can have 67 (prolly just suited) & maybe only 3/4 combos as a freq & then all the sets.
