Due to finding a lot of calling stations on microlimits, this is a spot I find quiet a lot, and I really have no idea what's the best play here. As you can see, I have AKs on SB, and the hands comes with an OR and a call. Obviously I squeeze to inflict value in my hand, but the surprise is that they both call. The flop doesn't help at all, and due to both calling, my spr is already one. Most of the times, if I put a 33% of the pot as cbet, I'll find a shove after me, or a call and I'll have to play blindly. So, what's the best line to play these spots?

Thanks!
