UTG folds, Hero raises to 2,110, 2 folds, CO calls 2,110, BN folds, SB raises to 5,000, BB folds, Hero raises to 17,048 and is all in, CO folds, SB calls 12,048

V: 29/16 3b 5.4

so ofter when i see that sizing instead of allin it's AA and KK but i block both so i don't think it's foldable. What range do you call here?
