Everyone was playing really tight except the chip leader who wasnt very competent but was applying pression as he should...Ive been card dead and didnt find really good spots to steal on the first 20 hands of the ft

If i minraise here im expecting the chip leader to play back quite often given his previous tendencies but is it better to just shove giving ICM or raising and letting the chip leader spazz out is best?
