Analyzing this hand I think I did two mistakes . First is sizing turn I should play something like 5k and second mistake this is call river . How You play here and what range do you give to opponent ..

I like the check call on the river. Villain will end up with lots of nut blockers by river. Hand like kq, kj, 910 which they may use to bluff and they will have some value hands u still beat most commonly qj possibly a4 etc
Yes they will show u a winner plenty when you call but overall this should show a profit.

I would have checked/called turn, if you bet this combo you will be basically betting every Ax and checking all Jx and Qx, making your turn cheking range very weak.
But as choosen to play, sizing turn should be bigger in theory, you do not want to be betting worse than Ax, so something in between 65% - pot. After that, ideal is shove river,
vilain has lots of decent bluff catchers and shouldn't turn Qx into bluffs as Richiegone suggested, def. some of the Jx.
