I think you played it fine, but it seems that at this table you have to 3 bet bigger to discourage people from calling with their garbage. Did you notice that previously?
it was a freeroll so yeah they probs call with garbage and I could've made it 640 but sometimes they call with garbage for any amount lol
I really wanted to know which tournament still have 80/160 levels. 3x is fine pre but he is never folding.
started with 1500 chips blinds at 20/40 it was a winnertakesall £5 freeroll. I don't have money to play with atm so trying to get a bankroll from freerolls. I think 4x might have got him to fold but I'm not sure. post flop only thing I could do better is check and fold the flop knowing I should've made it bigger preflop. I mean should you continue with the story you meant to tell or give up as soon as you realise the mistake? What do you guys do when you make mistakes?
The hand was played fine, he has all 8x combos , 5x combos that you beat and he calls them for sure given pre.
Standard cooler on your part. Preflop mistake on his part, one of the many bullets you have to dodge in these types of tournament.
