i have doubts about ranges when considering calling with 99´s in that spot..

I calculated on ICMIZER, and:

We have 0,33 +EV, but (the range of MP i believe is good, but also can be more tight);
If the vilan on UTG dont have hands like T9s, J9s, type hands with the often freq, the result increase value and we must call in my opinion,
But if the vilan dont shove poket pairs like 22-44, we lost alot EV with our hand:
VS the follow range (is teh range i expect he shoves in order him stats):

SO, wath range you believe are near to real? We have a clear fold? How you analise the ranges?
