assuming my information? I assume that on this spot, him to 4bet shove
he has at least 88+ (expecting that he does not shove KK and AA) and
AQ+. Do you agree with his range?

Too early in the tournament for him to be moving in here with 10's less and AQ less are just flatting (at best). My assumption is that you are flipping or against JJ+. You've shown a lot of strength limp reraising so he has decided to make a big pair look like AK or he has AK. Either way id say that their are better spots. Hope that helps :)
Well thats good to know! The top part is a bit misleading cause states that you're UTG. Anyway well in that case, a lot of what I have said above still stands, i.e. "Too early in the tournament for him to be moving in here with 10's less and AQ less are just flatting "
