Villain in hand is winning reg over decent sample and is opening nearly every hand since he became chipleader, other villain is a weaker player. I looked up the above hand on ICMizer and it suggested with the payout structure that getting in 88 pre against villains four bet here was a losing $EV play. If he opens here pretty much every button is it better to just flat pre or 3bet fold? I mainly play cash games so dont judge me too much if this is a straightforward decision.
