It is Ept seat only satelite prizes are 1st 5200e, 2nd 1000e, 3rd 700e.
In this hand I thought, that I flated big blind and played acordingly. If recognised situation would stab flop and bet tern, but what do you think of this line as played and as hero thought it was played?
Once we get to tern x/r seams fine play, we block nuts and have a top semibluff in our range. Villian is specific tough opponent, playes high, mostly mixed games , but he played decent amount of NlHE MTTs high stakes with a lot succes. What I mean he is very createve fearles and do not mind not playing by the book. I think that it is close to 4bet shove tern versus him I do not like calling 3bet, do not hate x/calling tern.

Hi there,
you say villain in this hand is good player. Do you have any reads on what his bb checking back range is? In my mind he takes at least a lot of good Jx hands out of his range by checking back. Given that we block some straight combos I´d say we´re looking at very slim value range here. As played you might even have immediate odds to draw (havent done the math). Folding for 7k more (maybe the hh is messe up?) doesnt seem like the best option to me.
I´d consider c/r the flop here. As I said I think his range is capped here and you do have potential nut outs and a medium back door flush draw.
Villian x backs a lot so far, but otf he has all straights and 2pair combos so its not that sweet. there is some icm consideration here and playing small pots is to our adventage here so especialy versus small stabs which villian has been doing so far otf x/reising is less atractive. Flating his 3bet is +Cev imo, but considering icm and the chance to survive to HU and play without positional disadventage here is valueble. I would still consider shoving tern since BB likes to clik buttons although not ton of history betwin us.
x/c x/f, specially given ICM.
I think that x/c tern is profitable given how much iplayed odds we get on non club Q river from what u say and non club 8x is also nutty since he reises QT pre decent % of time pre. If we ware BBvbutton I understand folding. ICM is consideration here but defrence betwen 3rd and 2nd is 300e and betwen 1szt and 2nd 4200e so we still got to battele for 1st mostly.
If he bets Jx+ with this sizing his betting frequency on the 8 and Q river will be extremely low given how often the major region of his range decreases in absolute hand strength. The ICM implications also rely on the $ utility of chips, not only on the next payout.
