$600 Live- 28bbs facing 3 bet

400/800- 100 ante. Hero stack about 22k, villain stack 60-70k.

Reads/Info- I was moved to this table only about 2 orbits ago. I arrived short stacked and found KK utg and open jammed 11k and found a double last orbit. 4 good villains to my left. To my right are the weaker players. All the villains have big stacks with 60k-100k. Villain in this hand feels like a reg the way he's handled himself so far. I've seen him open 2-3 pots in the short time I've been here. No showdowns or significant info beyond that. I have a young, reggy, grinder-ish image myself (based on appearance alone and how I carry myself at table).

Action: Folds to me in MP and I open to 1800 with AQ offsuit. Villain 3-bets me to 4800 on button. Folds back to me Hero?

Sidenote- I started thinking and counting down my stack, probably 45 seconds in and one of the fish to my right calls the clock on me. Same guy who doubled me earlier when I had the KK. Lol. Love it.

Options:
Jam- I think I'm too deep to jam here without any reads on his 3-betting range. He has very little info on me as well. Therefore, I'm giving him credit in this spot and I expect I'm getting called if I 4-bet rip it. I do have blockers against some premiums though. Thoughts?

Flat- Getting a great price to flat (almost 3-1). I'm out of position but with good odds heads up and confidence in my post flop game this seems like best option. I will be getting in if I hit a strong piece of the board. Thoughts?

Fold- I considered folding but then realized that would be just too nitty. If he was a tight nit and had 3-bet bigger I could see myself folding. Not here though.
