don't mind folding, don't mind limping. I guess he isnt gonna raise me pre very wide and he probably checks a lot of bad hands.

May be we should consider folding to raise? It looks quite strong, but he reps very thin : K8, K4, 44 (44 most probably raise flop vs my smallish bet). And I believe he has no KT+, cause he raises it pre.
But in the same time there are plenty of OESD like 56, 67, 79, J7, J9, Q9, QJ (QJ would raise pre probably). Though I am hardly confident he can play these draws this way ever.
Timing: I had been thinking on the turn quite long before I called raise.
