Avg stack about 14k. Hero has about 20k chips. At this point I'm 27th out of about 165 left. Its 150/300/30.

The utg guy was pretty tight but I put him on a 44-88 type hand with his 3x bet and he has 9.5k chips. There's over 10k chips in pot after hijack shoves and I think his range is wide here (i.e. A shove / steal with KQx, any pair etc.)

At this point I need to call 7.5k for chance to win 10k+ with a decent likelihood that Utg will call.

Do you:

1) flat to maybe make yourself look stronger
2) attempt to Iso shove for 20k?
30 Or do you fold given utg is tight ? He can be 3x with so many hands I flip against and I dominate AQ and AJsuited.
