MP2: 9,310 (5.8 bb)
MP3: 35,682 (22.3 bb)
Preflop: Hero is SB with Qs Qh
3 folds, MP3 raises to 3,200, CO folds, BTN raises to 6,000, Hero calls 5,200, BB folds, MP3 calls 2,800
Flop: (20,800) Th 5c 8d (3 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets 29,532 and is all-in, BTN calls 29,532, Hero ???
There are 15 players left I am CL and BTN is in 3rd. I don't like a 4b here bc of stack sizes. Is this a slam dunk jam?
Also I don't see many light 3bs at these stakes on Lock so I'm assuming that the BTN is 3bing for value until proven otherwise.

Also assuming people are only 3betting QQ+ AK is a mistake and a leak. When pros say 3bet 'light' they mean hands like KK and hands like k4s, a polarized range. When we talk about fish 3betting light, we mean hands like 77 or KJs. This lock fish here is certainly 3betting light and QQ is a gigantic monster vs that range.
Also don't forget about fold equity. You are in the blinds and say "I will 4bet and might get called but its ok because sometimes villains fold and I pick up the pot". If villain calls and shows AA and you only have QQ, its ok because you also earn dead money sometimes when everyone folds.
