Agree with Cairy here. He has 4 short stacks behind him in the 8-12BB range he shouldn't be opening wide(except this hand apparently).

But on the other hand if he is opening like that you must have felt he is pushing a little bit and decided to go with the 3 bet I like a bigger c bet(if it was rainbow flop I love the c bet), because the flop does contain a flush draw he might perceive your hand a little stronger if you bet just a little bit bigger. If you are bluffing the K is a good barrel card for you. When you check hand on the turn you are telling him you have showdown value or give up on such a wet board(no K + hand at least )so when you jam his river bet you are not representing much and might get looked up more light then you would expect.

I think the stacks are bigger than 8-12bb - there are antes here aren't there? (Hand converter sucks). Don't mind the 3B or CB from an exploitative point of view, although the CB is too small imo. But you are probably unbalanced and 3B too many hands if you regularly 3B A4o here.

Really don't like the river bluff on the diamond when you haven't barrelled the turn - might have worked on a spade - but you're repping a really thin range, that you almost certainly don't have here - asking to get picked off - and hardly anyone folds :)

With stacks as is on the turn i think any spade or diamond on the river is a decent bluff because (and this is how i would play it) i would check back a lot of FDs here that i don't want to bet/fold with an SPR of around 2:1 on the turn.

However as said above i wouldn't really bluff it a lot because people just click call in these spots whenever you don't barrel turn. You probably chose the best hand to bluff with but i wouldn't make a habit of it.
