$3.30 2.5k GTD on Pokerstars; Weird spot on final 2 tbls

Think i fucked up this hand pretty bad, any comments/criticisms etc would be great. I only have PT4 for PLO so i use a Jivaro HUD for the odd MTT. Initial raiser was running 18/15/33 (vpip/pfr/afq) over 65 hands and villain in the BB was running 17/16/40 over 88 hands.

I think its a pretty easy re-shove in many instances just curious if ICM or any other factors cause anyone to fold or maybe even call in this spot. I was 3rd in chips with 16 remaining and was doing really well just raising in position and c-betting flops when called. I'm no MTT pro so i apologize if this is just a lol fist pump shove spot, in game his cold 4b just felt ridiculously strong to me.

hey dude, very tough spot really. Guess we have to consider our opponent a lot in this situation, we have to consider if our opponent is good enough to recognize that we could be 3 betting very light just because of ICM pressure. If we consider him good enough, we could shove. Guess i would shove.

Depends so much on the stats of the BB. If he is aggro and is capable of 4betting light it is a shove to me. If he has tight stats he is almost never 4bet lighter then AK QQ+ here.
The 3bet is to high Imo. I would make it around 39k,
