I get confused realizing that i have good equity on the flop and end up folding.
Do u guys think that its better to reraise get it in flop or turn than the passive line?

I'd definitly raise -> get it in on the flop, you're ahead against pretty much everything he'll call you with and just winning without showdown is a great outcome obviously.
I think folding is fine on the river, considering the brick turn + river he's defintily 3barreling alot of 1 pairs (which you don't really beat any of). Villain does however have some bluffs in his range here, KJd and Axd mostly I believe, maybe some J10 combinations aswell so depending on how you think he perceives you you could call here sometimes.
I'd fold pre and call with hands like 98s or 97s. As played, I'd c/c OTF because I think your hand is strong enough (I'd prefer c/r a hand like 86s or TJ) but I'd c/f OTT.
