Raise-call. You want to induce shoves from worse and your hand plays fine postflop. Shoving loses value that we might have gotten from all the weaker hands that may jam on us (like Ax hands).

The only exception I would make here is if we are close to the bubble, in which case we may not want to induce (depending on stack sizes and the value of the mincash). In that case, shoving may be fine.
