I managed to get to the final table in yesterday's 888 Sunday Mega Deep tournament. I was third in chips when this hand occurred. The preflop aggressor was very active and we had some 3-bet/4-bet/5-bet-wars earlier with no-one of us getting too much out of line, although I saw him at least twice 4-betting me IP and folding to my shove (I don't think that this really matters, but that's pretty much all the history we had). I have the following stats on him:
VPIP: 30
PFR: 26
Raise 1st EP: 20
Flop AF: 4
Flop Agg%: 55
Turn AF: 7
Turn Agg%: 39
Cbet flop: 77
The cold-caller was also one very aggressive player, who was 3-betting a lot. Once he cold-called, I decided to do the same since I had position and was getting good odds. I obviously picked up the dream flop for my hand. I think the flop raise is mandatory since I think that my raise gets called by any overpair and probably raised by big pairs, draws and air. But I think I should have made it 220K - 240K instead of 195K. When villain reraises I put him on either an overpair or random air (overcards). I think that If he had overcards + flush draw, he would have probably made it bigger, although I'm not sure about this and would love to hear opinions on that.
I thought about how to proceed for a while and eventually decided to flat his raise because of two reasons:
1. If I'm playing this hand against his bluffing range, he probably continues to barrell some decent turns (spades to rep a flush, overcards for instance)
2. If he has TT+ with a spade and turn is a spade or TT+ without a spade and turn is no spade, he might ch/jam his overpairs
Turn card is probably not the best card in the deck, but I still think that I get action from his draws. I decided to bet 1/3 of the pot to allow him to ch/jam worse with perceived fold equity. After thinking for a while, he finally ships his stack in. Based on what I thought he would do this with, I called and got busted, which sucked obv.
The reasons for me, to post this hand here, are that I would like to hear some feedback on my thought process and if you guys agree or disagree with what I have said above. I would also like to hear some thoughts on ICM etc. since I was third in chips and should'nt bust in fifth place. Any feedback is appreciated!
Thank you!

I like raising flop and I agree that you should make it a little bigger. Whether you should shove over villain's flop 3bet or just call is really dependent on how often you believe he is 3betting the flop light. If you think he has a lot more hands he is going with than bluffs I would just shove flop, since you don't want to lose value from overpairs when the FD gets there on the turn.
While it sucks to bust in 5th with your stack, I think this spot was pretty unavoidable once you get to the flop.
