Moved to the table fairly recently but both villains have been fairly active so far. Hand is from the $215 4 Max SCOOP from earlier this year but I have been a bit slow to review the hands. Over a reasonable sample BTN has been raising 40% first to act and BB has been very aggressive pre running 38/34/15 and 3 betting 22% from BB.

I definitely think we are ahead of the openers range but the stack sizes are awkward if we 3bet as we are then committed if BB shoves. However if we flat call then BB will squeeze fairly wide and I am unsure if I should be calling this off. Thoughts?
