$15 turning TP into bluff 9 left

my stats are just from the hands played from final 2 tables down.

SB bets 7000, Hero calls 7000
Turn (27500) 9 (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets 13250, SB calls 13250
The turn bet is horrid and I totally brain farted here.
River (54000) 6 (2 Players)
SB bets 25000
I think that bc of his aggressive nature he is barreling the turn with his club draws. I couldn't find really any strong value hands in his range here given his x/c on the turn but also felt like I get owned when I call a decent % of the time. Where would you rank fold/call/shove?
