Hi, this preflop spot sucked and didn't know whether to: 4B/call, 4B/fold or just cold call. I have no significant stats on anyone.

I was going 4B fold but after the utg call I couldn't follow through the odds I was getting. For all I know it's some punter with 87s given how soft these tourneys are. But because they are so soft, perhaps waiting for a better spot is best? I don't know, what would you guys do?
