$109 Trapped right into a straight - c/r size too small in a vacuum vs crazy villain?

Blinds: t50/t100 (7 Players) MP: Sr.FireoNe: 3,000
CO: fearle$$diva: 10,774
BN: MiloFretwell: 3,832 (Hero)
SB: Daragh999: 5,001
BB: Banginukas: 4,053
UTG: Luque_Quayl: 6,320
UTG+1: VAH777: 4,258
Preflop (150) MiloFretwell is BN with 9 A
3 folds, fearle$$diva raises to 265, MiloFretwell calls 265, 2 folds
Flop (750) K T 9
fearle$$diva bets 300, MiloFretwell raises to 800, fearle$$diva raises to 10,499 and is all in, MiloFretwell calls 2,757 and is all in
he c-bet every hand he played except 2 or 3 hands that I noticed. I rep so much here - Besides KK I could rep any piece of this board - combos of T9, 99, QJ, 78 draw though I repped the QJ str8 he had also.

This player was raising most hands and stack bullying, he was exploiting my button every time and called me off with 27o and 94o and did the same with other stacks twice (he ended up FTing the 109). I don't use a HUD and at this stage there aren't any valid reads. I should've c/rd much more in a vacuum since he would be calling SOOOO wide but it wouldn't have isolated him anyway in reality- I haven't multi-tabled in a while so I wasn't so adept with the mouse but excuses aside I played this awfully. I made another mistake in the tourneys I played but all in all solid play besides this hand and a couple others.
Turn (14,806) K T 9 4
River (14,806) K T 9 4 4
Final Pot fearle$$diva wins and shows a straight, Nine to King.
MiloFretwell lost and shows two pair, Nines and Fours.
fearle$$diva wins 7,864

My question is what he he trying to accomplish with the c-bet? It makes his play look like air so I guess he knew we would think he was weak and he used his image to exploit that but we lose anyway. Should I shrug this off and move on?
