Curious on what you guys think about this hand. Only read I have on the player is he made a bit of a spewy play before(made a really weird play where he shoved 98s on a 8xx board). Thought this was a tell he was a bit donkish. Anyways the hand...

He raises to 150... I raise to 500 from the button with QQ. He then shoves on me. I figured he would never do this with KK or AA and put him on AKos. Should I be a huge shove preflop early here with QQ? Usually I will lay it down... but saw him made a donk play before. Obv he has AA.
