My question is about the "4-Betting Polar" video. At 9:31 Peter gives a range we should defend in UTG vs BU.
Peter says we should only fold 35% there. I don't get why. Villain is more raising 3x and we are out of position.
Peter says it is a small 3bet, I always thought that the size of the raise is measured in relative terms (in comparison to our open) than in absolute terms (Big Blinds.)

Pokersnowie would rather defend 35% of hands in UTG vs a Button 3bet.
