Question on Video #3, Postflop Stack Size basics
At 0:54, SPR is defined as "your stack size divided by the size of the pot."
Is it true that we should always use our own stack size, or should we use the effective stack size when the opponent in the hand is shorter?

When calculating the SPR (Stack-to-Pot Ratio), you should always use the effective stack size. The effective stack size is the smaller of the two stack sizes between you and your opponent. This is because the SPR represents the commitment level to the pot, and the smallest stack dictates the maximum amount of money that can be risked. Hot Schedules
