I recently purchased “From the Ground Up” NLHE edition. Not only are the videos are quite boring and monotone, but also the heavy non-American accent is difficult to listen to and understand. The PLO version of FTGU is also hosted by a non-USA accent.
I would like a refund or credit towards a different course.
