I have subbed to RCP and RIO in the past, and am working through Upswing's Lab currently and although RCP and Upswing are good for setting and establishing a foundation, RIO is where you can take things to the next level. I'll finish up the RCP and Upswing material this month, keep working on FTGU, and sub to an RIO Elite next month and continue moving forward.
