Who shows first? (Live)
Basically I would like to know who shows first.
Example 1: We're on the BTN vs CO and CO open and we call. CO leads and we call. goes check check turn & river. Who shows first?
Example 2: We're OOP HU and bet bet flop and turn. but river goes check check. Who?
Example 3: BTN vs CO, CO bet flop turn river..?

1) CO.
2) Us.
3) CO.
Last aggressor shows first.
Ty Tom.. Does that count aswell if last bet was preflop?
I remember that royally tilting me in Fountainpark casino. They constantly enforced everyone at showdown must show. Really dissuades fish from making spewy river stations
In my casino if the river goes check check the first player to act is supposed to show first (regardless of who was the last aggressor).
But, more importantly in practice, a lot of people don't follow the rules. They'll try to wait for you to show your hand first. At that point you have to make a decision whether you want to stick to the rules as written and force someone to "show or muck," or just show your hand. Personally I usually just show to keep the game moving. I often play with the same (mostly pretty weak) players, so I'm not super concerned with seeing someone's hole cards in any particular hand. I prioritize keeping the game moving and keeping an easy-going image. There's nothing wrong with making someone show when it's their turn, but you might be accused of slow-rolling, especially if your hand is obviously good.
Live poker etiquette says that the player who thinks he has the winning hand shows first, right? That's usually what we enforce in home games, and if not (player refuses), last aggressor shows/mucks.
Seems right, though I know some Russians and Chinese players where slowrolling is expected and everyone thinks it's hilarious.
Avoiding embarrassing weaker players is definitely a good thing imo.
Casino dependant but what Tom said is the standard.
Casino or series dependent. More usual is last aggressor but some use position if there is no action on the river. Always find out what applies where you are playing. Can be quite important as it's possible to get someone to muck a worse no hand and avoid showing your own :D
