Which format is better for your development?

Hey, I'm playing zoom nl25-50 and I recently got on a 35bi downswing and I started to wonder if this is the best way to approach poker. I would like to hear the opinions of some more advanced players what do you think is better for a beginner ?

Zoom or normal tables?

I'm thinking since zoom is somehow tougher you're forced to keep improving your game but the winrates and the edges are smaller and the swings bigger or grind normal tables where you table select and you're making more money but you're game evolves slower.

There are also other pros and cons but I would like to know from players who play higher what do you think is the best approach for your winnings/development/edge as a professional poker player?

be careful playing zoom you don't get in the habit of increasing volume and not how good you play. That is my advice and I think normal tables are easier as you can get a read and not only a read but a feel for the table dynamics. In zoom there are not many times to bluff, semibluff or get tricky, as people either have it or zoom off to another table. I'm not a pro but I've got alot better recently by improving my bet sizing. Also I have to recommend this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPtVEfuUdkk and then watch part 2 after!
