Where is this site based/ Free Membership?

So It says top 5, get free Elite status, Just wandering what time the end of the month ends, Im In UK and end of month is in 4hours, 16minutes. But no idea if this is when it happens or not?

Great chance to get some awesome material.

Should definitely do top10 for the first month :)

Yeah, top 10 since monthly and all time are the same! I'm getting slaughtered by you guys! I was trying to keep up, but you guys came on and posted like 100 hands each lol. No point in trying to make top 5 now.

Side note- I think top 10 monthly every month is best because some people may not contribute a lot one month, but may stay in the top 5 all time.

Also, people who join the site later are at a huge disadvantage because the other all time members have a huge head start which blocks newcomers out of half of the free membership opportunities.
