Where do I start?
As soon as I fix some issues with payment procedement I'll buy the Essential Plan. I'm looking for some help here in the site. Where do I start?
I'll say my poker foundations come from pokerstrategy.com and a few books, Building a Bankroll, Poker Theory and Practice (which I found a little bit tricky) and some other not really about strategy as The Poker Mindset and Treat Your Poker Like a Bussiness.
What videos do you recommend me to start with? Which pros to follow? Any books? Any advice to improve my game would be great.
Thanks

Hey Bernardo. For books, I would recommend reading Tommy Angelo's, Elements of Poker. It's a fantastic look at the game from a highly skilled poker coach, and also lifestyle coach as well. Another good read, if you're a live player, would be Mike Caro's, Caro's Book of Poker Tells. A lot of useful information in that book, and I think anything Caro says is great to listen to because he's a wiz when it comes to poker. For videos, I like to watch School Of Cards on YouTube. Blake Eastman is the instructor, and his video clips are very, very, well-made with tons of useful information about poker strategy, tips, and just an overall idea of how to view the game itself. I've been following him for a couple years or so now, and it's paid off. Keep coming back to Run It Once to check out the forums. You can really learn a lot on this site. I think it's one of the best, if not the best, poker forum sites out there at the moment. All and all, check out and read those 2 poker books I've mentioned, watch School Of Cards videos on YouTube, and become frequent with Run It Once. You'll be well on your way with those tips. Best of luck to you on and off the felt.
I've only read super system and Ryan Fee's book. They barely helped me.
I learned how to play by watching videos of pros explaining their play. Hell, a year ago I didn't know what a range was.
As for essential pros, James Hudson for example has good midstakes videos.
I will say that the difference between the elite and essential pros is pretty big in terms of deep analysis. Essential pros tend to focus more on getting through footage and gameflow, whereas elites will break down every little bit of the hand.
In my opinion, the Zoom Live and HH videos are best to learn from as a low stakes player, since a lot of higher-level concepts don't apply at 50NL.
read Gus hansen's Book on Aussie Millions. Read the book few years ago, and thought it was an eye-opener to how the Pro's thought about hand by hand situations.
Theory Books: Read Sklansky's Theory Poker, but its kinda outdated, but still with good Materials inside.
Doyle supersystem
Sklansky theory of poker
Let there be range by tri Nguyen and cole south
Daniel negrenau ~ Small Ball~ power holdem strategy
Owen gaines ~ Poker math that Matters ...etc
Start there and keep reading :-)
