Dispite the fact that I never had even agreed to a subscription to Run it Once, I have been charged for the past couple months. This happened because iI had purchased the Fundamentals course, which came with a free month of Run it Once, but I never should have been charged for a second month without any confirmation of my consent. This busines practice is extremely shady, especially because the cancel subscription option isn’t very easy to find. There is no reason for this to have been a problem, and I will disputing the charges placed on my account. I hope you can at least do the right thing now and give me my money back.
