I tried to replicate this in Vision (simplified a bit). Is vision essentially saying sometimes I should REPOT the turn, and sometimes CALL turn with my exact hand Qs8s7h6h
So, it is saying to mix my strategies with this exact hand combo?

You've got it :)
The way you have it set up, Vision is telling you that in terms of your entire range you have here given the action, you fold 43%, call 37%, and pot 20%.
With Q876 (which you have just 0.1% of the time) you fold 56%, call 11%, and pot 33% of the time.
With your suits specifically, you pot 51% of the time and call 49% of the time.
Note you can show the actual percentages by clicking the Show Frequencies icon. It's second in from the top right.
