My account is listed as Elite and my CC was charged a day or two ago...

However even when my account has been expired in the past I can watch the first minute or so of the video.

Currently, videos (both elite and essential) do not show up at all. I have tried both video players on IE and Chrome and on both my laptop and my PC.
