Video error. Please reload the page.

Hi,

whenever I pause a video for a few minutes I get that error message and have to reload and forward to where I stopped. This is really annoying since I rarely manage to watch videos in one piece but would love to just pause them for later. Is there a problem on my side or is this behavior intentional or something you are planning on fixing?

i am still having this problem if i pause any video for more than a few minutes

Yah, we're overhauling the video delivery system completely, which is why it's taking awhile to fix. Sorry for the wait, Mike, and thanks very much for your patience.

thanks wasn't sure if it was just something on my end

another request since you are overhauling - right now when you pause the video it fades and gets a little greyed out and the big play icon shows up. both of these makes it hard to pause the video to take notes. when paused it is very hard to read any text(lefort's vids) or to see all the stack sizes and bets to figure out pot odds(MTTs vids).

i really like to be able to pause videos to take notes, or put some info into different poker software tool and i find it an extra challenge to do this type of work with the RIO videos right now
