Getting really braindead about this, so please someone help me out of this. 

AFAIK GTO Poker is usually not the most +ev game BUT IT IS a +ev game because no matter what your opponent does is to maximally break even on us. So here is my question, where does the actual value come from. 

Example: 

Lets say we have the nuts or air and Villain is holding a bluff catcher. 

we bet 1/2 pot OTR, so our GTO bluff/value ratio should be 25/75 (giving him 3:1 pot odds), so now it doesn't matter what Villain does his ev against us is always 0. 

but why or where do we profit from it? He is not losing any money to us. When he calls to much (lets say 100%) it gets to the same result as if he would fold every single time. It evens out. 

What am I missing?
