Hey all! So I asked for this sub-phorum, so I guess I'll have to start!

My name is Marc, known in the tables as vanway, and I'm from Spain, although due my work, I live now in Chile. I started playing poker around 3-4 years ago, but never did it profesional. Started learning like a lot of players have done in pokerstrategy, but soon enough, the content there (and much more in the spanish section) got outdated, so I started taking lessons with a friend who was (and still is) a pro. I've improved a lot in the last 2 years, but since I have my regular work, i don't have as much time as I'd like to play.

Now, talking about my playing: I've got good results in low MTTs, and bad ones in medium - high MTTs.

Here are the results in MTTs from 0 to 15$

Now the bad part... MTTs from 16$ to 109$

And here are the last graphic, over 109$ This is a big facepalm!

So know what? 

I was thinking at the beginning of the year, if to ask for a staking deal or go solo. I ended up deciding that I'd go solo. I'm playing tourneys up to 11$, until I get bankroll enough to try the medium league again. 

I got some things to improve: My preflop game oop, and my mindset being the two most important things. I'm trying to watch at least 2-3 videos a week from here and working a bit on my game too.

I've decided to create this journal to keep track of my work. I'll try to post some interesting hands and thoughts. Feel free to comment anything you want.
