I think ZenFish used Amazon EC2 cloud for Pio. I personally haven't used it so can't help there. Maybe he'll come and help you out or try to search the forum for "Amazon EC2" in case it has been already discussed.

Hey guys, I have experience using PIOedge using cloud services, If anyone is interested in this you can message me on skype iain.salter3 I have a guy that helped me set it up I can put in contact with. I paid him 100usd to sort it out though.

Only issue which i didnt find a workaround was I had to de activate PIO and re install it each time I logged on to use it which was kind of inpractical. Not sure how to get around this but there are lots of guys in the PIO support on skype that might have a fix for this
