1) Is it ok to three bet a hand like AQ and fold to 4 bet vs some opponents?

Let us say we play from sb vs a wide button opener. Since he opens wide he must also defend against three bets wide. This means that he probably will call 3 bets with hands that are being dominated by for an example AQ. 

So, what do you think? I think it is ok to 3 bet-fold AQ as long as we have enough of other combos to defend vs 4 bets?

2) I think that players should call 4 bets more often and lead flops more often. This because it will get them a chance to defend their three betting ranges more optimal when they are 3 betting wide. What do you think?
