What suggestions do you have to un-tilt yourself after a bad session?

Depends what you have access too and what time of day it is. I think exercise like going for a jog is good for burning off all that excess adrenaline.

Martial arts!!!

Meditating and listening to calming music and reading are all prolly good for quietening down the mind.

Properly done breathing exercises. For example 4sec inhale - 2sec hold - 4sec exhale - 2sec hold. If you will do that for 5min you will achieve your goal.

seriously i was stuck 400$ smoked a bowl played 8 hours got unstuck and came back a 700$ cash out 300$ profit

a player i respect a lot goes for walks ( not to smoke bowls just to walk) after any big pot win or lose . Said it fucks peoples mental up

Kinda hear doyle telling me to play ATC after a big win... but its fucked me so many times also

Hearthstone <3. I listen to dome calming music, usually video game ost (final fantasy, persona, legend of Zelda) or I also find a thunderstorm app called thunderspace 5k on iOS devices to be extremely relaxing while playing or just unwinding after a session. Reading helps, I am big into going for walks and just taking in nature overall to get back to reality
