1) Announce the week's videos a week in advance (nice to know what's coming)

2) Release videos a little earlier in the day (say, night US time = early morning Euro time)

Suggestion 2) is a minor gripe that I can fix myself by inserting a 24 hour delay for my video study schedule, but it doesn't hurt to ask. ;-)
