I think it would require a lot of extra coding/programming to make so that every essential member who logs in has his choice of which video to choose as the free Elite video of the month. 

Maybe each month there could be a poll posted and people could vote on which video? Galfond's videos may win but at least we'd see how many members are voting for each instructor and each type of game. 

Would be awesome to let everyone choose personally. But don't know if it's possible. For me, I only play PLO, so what's in it for me to watch a NLHE elite video?

I dunno I personally find value in watching MTT vids despite only playing cash. The fundamental ideas behind plays/reads are the same. There is an argument to be made for PLO vs. NLHE though.
